CLR Solutions has cleaned, tested, and found this Surface Laptop 5 to be in non-working condition. The issues include, but are not limited to, both devices wont charge due to bad charge ports, both have bad keyboards w/ one missing keys, & one has cracked glass. These machines have not been cleaned and have adhesive residue from labels. These units do not have an operating system installed but do include embedded Windows 11 Pro product keys. The SSDs were wiped and have ZERO bad sectors. The battery is not in good working condition & reports 21% wear, but the run-time is unknown and not guaranteed. There are many minor scratches, scuff marks, and wear to lids. This listing includes ONLY the laptops. The following are NOT included: instruction manual, recovery/installation media, software/drivers, AC adapter, peripherals, or any other accessories. It is being sold as-is for parts.
