This machine does not have an operating system installed but does include an embedded Windows 10 Pro product key. The SSD was wiped and has ZERO bad sectors. The battery is in good working condition & reports 21% wear, but the run-time is unknown and not guaranteed. There are some minor scratches to LCD, scuff marks, and wear to palm rest, trackpad, & keyboard, but it is in otherwise good cosmetic condition. This listing includes ONLY the laptop.
