CLR Solutions has cleaned, tested, updated, factory reset, and found this HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw to be in working condition with one issue. When using the document feeder for the scanner, it will give an error that the feeder is jammed even though the paper never moves. The error will not clear unless the printer is power cycled. The flatbed scanner works just fine. The firmware was updated to the latest version 20201012. It has a total page count of 3,797. The black toner has 60% remaining, but the color toners are unknown and the imaging drum shows as very low. However, the color prints are clear with no defects. There are some scratches and scuff marks, but it is in otherwise good cosmetic condition. The complete printer with installed toners along with Ethernet, phone, USB, and power cables. The following are NOT included: instruction manual, software/drivers, or any other accessories. It comes with a 30-day warranty.
