CLR Solutions has cleaned, tested, updated, factory reset, and found this ELO ET1919L to be in good working condition. The LCD panel has NO scratches. Although most of the monitors have no dead pixels, we only guarantee 5 or fewer dead pixels. The unit has a minor bright spot in the bottom right corner. There may be faint scratches, scuff marks, or other defects on the bezel, rear, and/or stand, but it is in otherwise good condition. This listing includes an after-market stand along with a cable management cover, VGA, USB, AC adapter with power cord, and 3.5mm audio cables. instruction manual, HDMI cable, or any other accessories.
