Chris Regan
President and Founder
Chris Regan has had a passion for technology and a mouse in his hand since he was six years old. The only thing Chris is more passionate about than technology is helping his clients recover as much of their investment in IT assets as possible, and avoid losses due to data breaches. For the majority of his career, Chris has worked in various areas of IT. He has a B.A. in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, and an M.S. in Organization Management – both from NJIT. He combines his knowledge and experience in IT and business management with a focus on award-winning customer service to provide the best IT Asset Management and IT Asset Destruction services available.
Chris established CLR Solutions LLC in 2008, and quickly achieved status as an official Microsoft Registered Refurbisher. CLR is also NAID and Department of Defense certified. As a result of Chris’ passion, dedication, and leadership, CLR Solutions has emerged as a leader in IT Asset Management, Data Security, and Investment Recovery which continues to grow and provide customers- large and small- with the best service available.
Brian Maluszczak
Technical Services Manager
Brian joined CLR Solutions as a technician, but quickly moved up the ranks to become our Technical Services Manager. Since joining the CLR staff, Brian has expertly handled a wide variety of issues, and developed an extensive library of software and media used by CLR to provide best-in-class IT Asset Management services in the most efficient manner possible, increasing your ROI. Brian’s IT Asset Management, secure IT Asset Destruction (ITAM/ITAD) and Investment Recovery expertise is unrivaled.
He has applied his unique ability to go beyond secure ITAM/ITAD, developing and instituting procedures for monitoring and partially executing data destruction over a secure, remote connection, making it more efficient and cost-effective than traditional methods. A lifelong computer enthusiast, Brian brings a diverse set of skills and knowledge in technology, which he applies to help our clients get the best result possible. He is an invaluable asset to CLR Solutions and the customers he serves.
Narrin Schwartz
Senior Account Manager
Narrin Schwartz is a Senior Account Manager at CLR Solutions, utilizing his skills in customer service and tech sustainability. He became an integral part of the CLR team in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and a passion for making a difference. Narrin holds an Associate of Science (AS) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, and owns a highly-lauded concierge business since 2008, The Twenty Fifth Hour Concierge Service, LLC. His extensive skill set, including customer service, hospitality, team building, negotiation, and networking, makes Narrin a dynamic asset to CLR’s IT asset management team.
At CLR, Narrin specializes in helping businesses of all sizes dispose of their electronics safely and in an environmentally friendly manner. He ensures that clients get the services they need by communicating directly with them throughout a job, as well as creating opportunities for growth in businesses’ IT management processes. Narrin’s commitment to sustainability is unwavering. With hard work and enthusiasm, he ensures that none of the equipment handled by CLR ends up in landfills, furthering CLR’s mission to promote a more sustainable future. Narrin’s vibrant approach to life and dedication make him a vital part of the CLR Solutions team.
